Mozhgan Milkarizi is a Development Project Manager for Cahdco and CCOC. Mozhgan has a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Engineering and extensive project coordination experience. After years of working, She decided to study abroad and continue her post-graduate education by studying project management. She has worked with organizations in both Iran and Canada and has more than five years’ experience in project coordination, administration, team leadership, urban planning, marketing, graphic and interior design, and business development. She always strives for learning and self-development, and she believes through sustainable urban design and housing affordability, we can transform our lives.

Adrian Schut
Adrian Schut is Cahdco's Director of Construction. He is an experienced builder, with a background in multi-residential structures and custom homes. As a project lead for the past ten years, he has successfully competed dozens of units and built a strong network of local trades people and suppliers. Following six years operating Adrian Schut Construction Inc. he entered the affordable housing space in 2021 bringing his private sector experience in high performance buildings to Ottawa’s landscape. Attention to detail and familiarity with advanced building techniques allow him to build better, faster and on budget. Adrian lives in Ottawa with his wife and three children. Beyond work he and his family enjoy running, cross country skiing and trying to stay warm in the winter, all with varying degrees of success.
Amy Contreras
Amy Contreras, our new Communications Officer for Cahdco and CCOC. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and over 5 years of experience, she has made a significant impact on organizations in Honduras. Amy’s journey started in Central America, where she honed her skills in strategic communication and corporate image. Her passion for supporting development projects led her to collaborate with organizations in her home country, working toward positive change and sustainable growth.
She ventured to Canada to further enrich her knowledge by pursuing her post-graduate education in project management and organizational management. Amy firmly believes that collaboration and teamwork are the foundations of success in any organization.
Cat Carkner
Cat Carkner (she/her) is a Development Project Coordinator for Cahdco and CCOC. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Social Entrepreneurship from McGill University. Prior to Cahdco, Cat worked in social impact, academic research, and higher education. In this role, Cat supports the planning, implementation, and tracking of affordable housing projects. New to the housing sector, she is excited to help create more sustainable, livable, and equitable cities.
